Returns
You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate a return, please contact us at butiiblis@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5–7 Business days.
Please note: shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
